Hi im Zanthia, otherwise known as Zee:)

Baking has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember- growing up my nana taught me how to bake, it just started off as a hobby in my free time giving baked goods to family & friends, but when I was 15 I applied for my first job as a bakery assistant and I absolutely loved it! I stayed working there for 3+ years but then decided it was time to go do my own thing- so here we are, The Goods from Zee's kitchen shipped around the North Island of Aotearoa for you to enjoy!

Where do you deliver?

We ship goods throughout the North Island of New Zealand. Unfortunately we no longer ship to South Island addresses due to courier delays.

Do they contain dairy?

Yes all of our cookies contain dairy, eggs and gluten. They can also contain traces of nuts.

I want to bulk order, is this possible?

Sure is - just email us at orders@the-goods.co.nz with the quantities and dates required and we'll see what we can do!

Can I personalise an order to send as a gift?

Absolutely. At the checkout there will be an option to add a personalised message. In the order we'll include a handwritten note with your message.

Where do I store my cookies?

In an airtight container in the pantry for up to a week, or in the fridge for a tad longer (and heat briefly before eating).

How long until I receive my order?

We ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You'll be able to track & trace your order using the shipping code we send you. Any orders made after midday Wednesday will be shipped with the following weeks orders.

What if no one is home when my order is delivered?

Our couriers will leave your order in a safe place, and you will be notified.  Make sure you get them inside asap to avoid weather/ants etc outside.
